According to a study by Gallup, 70% of workers were operating remotely in April — at least part of the time. As phased reopenings began, that figure slightly dropped to 68%. These stats suggest that leaders see the benefits of a flexible workforce. They’ve seen their teams embrace new technologies and collaborate via videoconference.
